Privacy policy
Tidewater Trove collects only what it needs to answer your questions and make your piece, and never sells your information.
What we collect
When you send a custom order request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, optional phone number, contact preference and the details of your idea. If you email or message us, we receive that message.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to design, make and deliver your piece. We don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask, and we never sell or rent your information.
Who handles it
Form messages pass through our form-delivery service on their way to Rachel’s inbox. Payments are processed by Square on its own secure checkout pages; card details never reach this website.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
